First Portal Mockup

After one of our meetings we decided to work on a mock up of a initial site...this will change over time as we make decisions on the location and separation of both the Uni Project Site, Tracker Portal and our SharePoint Developers site.

Here is a rough picture of what we were thinking for a first pass.
